mitigation departments several times a week. We are familiar with
them. Often we negotiate with bank reps with which we have already
dealt with before and have built a great rapport with. This gives us
an edge to get your deal to closing! Short sale processing has been
our business for over 2 years. Our team has over 20 years experience
in real estate transactions from differing backgrounds of mortgage
lending (banking), realtors and appraisers.
